The truck sits in a secluded spot on the Inshriach estate, not far from Aviemore in the Highlands of Scotland. This is the perfect place to snuggle up with a loved one after a day of exploring all the sensational countryside right on your doorstep. Inside, the truck is kitted out in a 1950's vintage style. An oak parquet floor, a wood fired Rayburn resting on a hearth made from a snooker table slate and a Victorian double bed all contribute towards the character which is just oozing out of this place.

Tabitha Symonds, co-founder and director of, said of this new addition to the portfolio; ` the Beer Moth has to be one of the UK's quirkiest holiday lets on offer, but despite its origins, it is a comfortable and deeply romantic choice for a holiday 'a deux'`.

The area is a haven for outdoors enthusiasts. White water rafting, canoeing, zip lining, biking, hiking, skiing, riding, falconry, clay pigeon shooting and fishing are just some of the activities on offer in the vicinity.

Inshriach is five miles from Aviemore which has direct trains to the south and a sleeper service running daily to London. Inverness airport is 35 miles away. Staying at the Beer Moth costs from £70 per night.
